Where is the best place to discuss stress? I am under even more stress than usuall right now. I hate my job and it is so freakin' busy all the time. Everything's urgent. Everyone thinks I should love my job because I make a lot of money and it's high up in the company. I don't care about any of that. I just want less stress in my life. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to snap. I try peaceful hobbies, but they don't really help. stress.....ugh!

I am sorry to hear that you are so unhappy at your job, and all the stress that you are having right now.

I would say that right here is a good start, as myself and others here have alot of stress as well and understand the different stereotypes associated with stress.

Myself get comments of the opposite of being told I should not be stressed as I do not work and am on disibility, only I still have a great deal of daily stress that alot of the time becomes overwhelming.

I would suggest in addition to the Support Forum, that if you do not already have a Therapist, that it could really help you with coping mechanisms in dealing with the stress of your everyday life.

I have a Case Manager T and she really helps me feel better and to relax and sometimes just listen to me as I rant and go on and on. After our session I feel a lot better. I trust her and that is a really good release for me, and though maybe a Therapist could help you if you find the right one you can talk to about the things causing you stress.

Best wishes of Hope and Serenity to you--
