Short brown hair( although there seems to be more and more white every day!), gray-blue eyes, almost 5' 5"( I was once, damn shrinkage) and 200lbs, give or take a few. Boy, would I love to give a few. LOL

i am totally gross, ugly and goofy looking i know. my nose is huge, my forhead is so long and my eyes the are the ugliest color but whatever.

Your post saddens me.

It saddens me because you cannot see yourself for the lovely young woman that you are. You will never recognize the beautiful soul you are, the warm and welcoming smile you have or the sweet soul behind those sparkling eyes.

Take heart at who you are both inside and out. Maybe one day you will see it for yourself. I hope so.

what makes me sad is that i could lose a few pounds, so when i seea skinny girl call herself fat, when it really is a struggle for me, that makes me mad. and when i really am not attractive, seeing a pretty girl call herself ugly is even more maddening.

well salukigirl would it make you feel better if i called myself fat? because i am that too i just left it out.

Ditto that thought. Every time I hear an obviously-not-overweight-girl call herself fat, I think, gee what am I, a cow? a hippo? I am clinically obese. So if a 120 pound girl can call herself "fat"...what does that make me - at 200 pounds??!?!!

Drives me nuts.

But then I keep reminding myself....there are body issues on both sides of the spectrum. I got stuck with compulsive eating. I know that the other side can be just as difficult, if not more difficult and life threatening. So...I bite my tounge, and just tell the girls they look pretty. While silently containing my jealousy...

Ok so here's my sorta biography of what I look like.
I'm short and fat. 5'4, 105 lbs. I have black and blonde hair, but it changed frequently. It also changes lengths frequently, I cut it myself. My eyes are green. I have smallish feet, size 7. My fingers are too long, my nose is too big, and overall I'm just ew.

Oh, and I entertain little kids for a living.

I was a bit reluctant to show this picture. But I made sure it was ok first. This is when I was 19 and we had a new years eve party. My brother( the one who recently died in Dec) is the one pointing at me. And his daughter took the pic knowing he was there and I didnt know he was there lol. I was in beauty school at the time... thats the nice bubble haircut that was so popular in the late 80's lol and the big glasses .. ohh dear !!!! LOL.And yes I was starting to get a bit tipsy there lol. But its one of the funniest pictures I have of myself. Hope you guys can get a laugh out of it too. BTW I am 5'3" and we arent discussing weight lol.. and I have hazel eyes, and pretty much salt and pepper hair when natural now but as a former cosmetologist.. I do experiment with color alot!
