I just had a picture of a cd pop up and ask me to take a survey. Is this legit from Psychcentral?

Yes, there are occasional popups that do happen here that are approved by DocJohn...I have gotten the same one on occasion. If they are bothering you, you can always set your browser to disable popups from showing up.

I got one. It was strange because instead of asking about mental health or something, it was entirely about incontinence.

You can also, from your profile area, choose to limit ads to view. But remember, DocJohn provides this site free of charge to us (many other sites charge an annual fee.) He gains revenue whenever we click on an ad, and probably when we answer a survey too.

Which is another reason why I decided to click on the survey. I trust DocJohn that he isn't going to have pop ups leading us to something bad. Something about ads and surveys seemed familiar to me as well, so I clicked and put all my faith him. I can only assume the website would take in revenue for each survey taken.
