Today, like most days, I feel good. I have a T and an MD psychiatrist who help me cope. I've been suffering from anxiety for most of my life, but over the years, I've gotten the hang of coping with my struggles.
Sometimes, I think my posts, sometimes, just can't rank with the posts of others. In other words, i feel like my anxieties are somewhat small, compared to others. Sadly, there are some really hurting souls out there and I hope and pray they find consolation and hope.
I'm not minimizing my problems, just trying to recognize that they are not as profound as I used to think they were.

I feel the same way, except I pretty much flat out deny mt problems, I know it's not good but...I don't it's my brain's bad habbit to jump to the conclusion that I'm just being self-centered, turning my good intentions back to bite me. I'm happy you're feeling better though

I'm glad that you're feeling good and that your anxiety is manageable. it really helps when we have good T's and pdoc's doesn't it.

Thanks for sharing.
