Depends on what your degree is in. If you major in a useful skill, like something writing-intensive -- everybody has to write at work in one way or another -- you'll be OK. If you major in something like history or psychology, you'll be in grad school for 10 years after you get the bachelor's. There is very little to do with a bachelor's degree in history, unless you take it concomitantly with education courses and teach in K-12. You can do a little better with a psychology bachelor's, but for most good jobs need at least an MS, and a doctorate if you want to be a psychologist.

It just depends on what you do. Try to pick something ultimately useful. :-)

College grads are getting all the jobs these days. Maybe you should try applying for everything you have an interest in, and see what responses you get.

Job titles are often misleading too. Each company can have their own job title, but it will be the same postion.

If you do take more classes, I think that is great too. I believe that learning never stops. There is always another course.

Finding a good job really just takes time. Be patient and keep trying. You will soon have something you are looking for.

Best wishes,
