Ok, so I'm at work on Thursday. It was crazy busy all day, and I wasn't scheduled to work Friday, but was hoping a shift would come up. So it's nearing the end of the day, only 40 minutes to go, I'm exausted, I had just finished with a patient and still had her specimin in my hand. I go to sit on this rolling desk chair that the back had broken off of, when.....my bottom wasn't quite centered, the chair flew out from underneath me, and I hit the floor. Luckily the specimin was in my left hand, so it survived...but I landed hard on my right wrist. They sent me to the clinic for on the job injuries, they did an xray, and my wrist is sprained! So the doctor wanted to put me on restrictive duty, but I said, nah, it'll be fine! Work scheduled me 4 days this coming week, and I have a follow up appointment Wednesday. I just had to call work and get them to find someone to cover, because my darn wrist is still all swollen and very painful. So....I'm a klutz! Just wanted to let you all know where I've been, it hurts to type. Yet I'm still sucked in...and chat is calling to me, grrr!
Hope you all are doing well. I'm just the quiet klutz at the moment.... ![]()

I'm a klutz too. I still have a scar on my forehead from running into a corner of a wall when I was 2 years old. And I have this talent for falling *up* stairs. I don't break easily, but I'll never work as a waitress or anything else that requires grace and coordination.
