I can`t go home-war

((LadyM)))) i feel a great amount of concern for you and your family... i understand a portion of the stress you are feeling tho i am not there as you are, living it... i agree with the statement that living on, despite or even because of our obstacles, is the best we can do to announce our own will to survive.. my point of view, right or wrong, is that much of the despair and sadness around us today is a furthering of matters that were put into motion years before our own existence... and i hear you that life can be so much more, something else, something entirely different, if we would do as some have suggested, return to the table, commit to peaceful resolutions, accept whatever compromises might be required, learn to co-operate peacefully amongst ourselves to the best of our abilities now, and grow outward from our current places... i know there is disagreements, deep and firm... things we have felt challenged over and felt helpless about... i believe we, as a world, as individuals, as souls can never let evil win./.. sometimes i feel the simple words we use (such as evil or war) put parameters on our abilities to create solutions for ourselves that include all of us as equally concerned and caring members of the entire whole... i understand these words are descriptors and descriptions sometimes limit us if we allow the words to create walls... i know we each are feeling, loving, caring people, with our own values to defend and no one has less right to defense than another... we all matter and this home our Earth has room for all of us.. i am sending prayers for peace for you LadyM, your family, your neighbors on every border, just as you are... the best solution is the one that allows us all survival and growth and love... i am doing all i can to keep track of you and your situation always.... please keep us posted on your state of health as much as you can...

I don't understand how people with faith in a higher power can drop bombs on other human beings.

I think that the musilim religion needs some changes, like getting out all those paragraphs that tell you to kill jews...or kill anybody else

In jewdaism it is told to kill all homosexuals.
Are we doing it here in israel? NO!

Because we are nore developed people now

I think the need to od the same. This violence is a danger to the world.

I don`t say they are all bad. Hamas is bad. I don`t say our goverment is perfect. Our soldiers and the hamas ones are the ones who are motivated to kill each other. And the citizens are suffering. On both sides. And our goverment and the heads of hamas are perfectly safe, playing their political game.

I realize that this is a tough subject for many here at PC. However, just like we give support for other members here when they need it, Lady is just as deserving. But we don't support those who attack others, whether they are identified convicts or terrorists. I believe the Israeli government had done all they could... putting up with this bombing for 8 years, and 3 years ago GAVE the "Palestinians" the Gaza Strip and pulled completely out, all in the hope for peace. It has not come.

FYI more people have been killed in the 20th century by those who do not believe in God than by people of faith in the previous 19 centuries.

Lady, I heard there was another bomb into your hometown Thursday (here) and thought of you.



Try to calm yourself. If you can channel that energy and frustration and anger and, yes, fear, into a useful purpose that would be better for you.

it is heartbreaking that the attacks are continuing even tho so much effort has been put into finding peace... hatred is a thing which continues to stand between our selfs and the place we are searching for, the place where people may exist in an atmosphere of safety..

being here lets us each hear each other, look inside each other, make realizations that we are the same, and also different from each other... i am able to realize that the cares of one, across divisions and obstacles, are not so different from my own, that we each have families we are involved with and care about, that we each have homes and seek shelter there, that there is a part inside each of us that is trying to connect with another person somewhere out there...

in coming here and being who we are we let another know that they are not alone, that there is humanity and compassion somewhere to be found, tho it may for now be disguised as letters and pixels on a flat looking display screen... the emotions within you and i are the ones we felt today and are feeling right now... we have connected in a place where people are more than digits, numbers, statistics or information.. LadyM is the name of someone real for us all...

my prayers for all continue...
