I had to make another police report on my stalker last night. I received an email with his email address on it, and it appears that someone hacked into my email account to do that. I have to go back to court with this for him to be arrested. I don't want to do this, but then again, I'd love to cause him some hell in his life. Is this payback for me, or part of the natural PTSD process? I think, both.

Hi Inkblot, you are right to follow through, and while it may resonate with the revenge centers in your brain, its about practical survival more than anything. Stalkers are dangerous, and generally never give up of their own accord. Get his *** in jail.

Revenge and justice are different things. I say serve him a big helping of justice... and enjoy the feeling you get knowing he won't be stalking you or anyone else.

Hi inkblot, please forgive me, I'm not familiar with your history, but anything relating to "stalker" is very, very bad. You're doing the right thing and you can feel good about that. IMO, this is about self-respect and self-preservation. Let us know how things go. TgrsPurr.

I don't know how things are going. I don't know anything at this point but my day is screwed to all hell. My mood is almost F'ed now. I want to get the hell away from life! I want to go where nobody knows my name, where I am a crowd of one. I want to be ALONE!!! I want nothing to do about anything!!!

Inky,
your post sounded, to me, like a ptsd triggered response. I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on the net........  I support you in getting the the appropriate and swift handling of this o.v. with the courts/police. You have every right to be safe. you also have every right to have wicked thoughts about this perp. That's natural and normal. Just please don't act on any of them.......PM them here or like someone said in a post a long time ago just write out your stuff and post it in creative as free association poetry Keep us updated please. Your situation sounds scary and you deserve to be safe and to feel safe. |
