I am back and have been trying to read a backload of posts. And I want to be honest about something. I posted from my son's college yesterday. I have had a week from Hell. Can't even begin to explain how it's been, the details. I can't focus, have word retrieval problems, no memory and feel totally drained. I was sad to come on today and see no one had responded to yesterday's post. Guess I am just feeling very vulnerable right now. I really am overwhelmed with my life. Too many things to keep in order.

sweetie, you are loved and cared for here. I have no idea as to why there aren't responses (oh wait I do!) so just let that go as it has no reflection on you as person, community member, friend.....okay?

Vulnerable sounds hard to be feeling with all you have going on. All I can offer is keep at this as best you can........ask directly for what you need from us and others in your support network.

(((ww))) I'm dogpaddling to stay afloat and I used to be lifeguard! We all do the best we can. Thinking fondly of you and all your kin.

I read your post last night, and I don't know why I didn't respond, except that I was up way past my bedtime and just trying to catch up. I have been thinking of you though, and I appreciate very much your reply on my thread.

Sending warm wishes for some peace and calmness in your life,

Son has been written up at college as of today, a kid filed a complaint against him for threatening him and destroying property. My son did not. Also this kid has been yelling FAG everywhere about my kid. Daughter is back and nose needs to be reset and her ride never came to bring her to the last wrestling meet. My friend picked me up this morning and ran out of gas on the highway so we were an hour late for our first class. College sees my son as easy target. I am really angry and left the Dean a very angry message. I can't see or think straight. This stinks. Sorry I was crabby and thanks for your kindness.

You are so kind to me. i am having difficulty speaking/writing. Just want to get through. Beyond belief stress. Remembered while holding my daughter tonight that it is not about making it better but being there and loving her through her pain. My brain is so tired. Sorry I can't really be here.

I'm sorry that you and your family are going through such a rough time. It seems when it rains it pours. You do whatever you need to do to try and establish some peace for yourself and sort things out. ((((((((wisewoman)))))))))

Daughter with panic attack lasting over one hour and i am drugged and so tired from night meds. She may be a little psychotic. Called worthless pediatrician, gave a mg of clonopin and a promethazine which is an anti nausea that will make her sleep I hope? How long do I hold out without an ambulance? I am so tired I can't even think. I want out.

I don't know if I can read and respond much elsewhere but I am checking in here. Daughter slept finally with the drugs and puppy peed the bed because he was on the side she was on and she didn't feel him stirring. so, changing the bed at 6:00 a.m. with a stoned daughter, no other beds made up. Then there was poop and I ended up putting a clean fitted sheet on the bed and making it around her. Called friends who came and got her 1/2 hour ago. She was still asleep at 12:30 p.m. Hopefully she will have fun. Son is in a bad state, the Dean from school has emailed me back and I just don't trust these guys anymore. Just what a kid with bipolar and ptsd needs right? I am tired, think I am still ill. My ears still hurt and my face hurts but I have already been on the antibiotic and finished it. I am checking in here as I can, it's a life line for me. I can't believe how nuts things are here. Well, laundry all done and a clean bed and I made my daughter's bed up so she can sleep there tonight. I feel utterly exhausted and somewhat numb. Thanks for all of the support and sorry if I am not really here. I will read and respond as I can but I have the memory and attention span of a gnat.
