2. Went to work every day (except the day I was snowed in) even if I didn't wanna.
3. Haven't nagged hubby about cleaning the house...resigned to the mess. lol

I've now gone more than two days with out my "usual" negative thoughts I have about myself.

I'm not used to this.

I made it through seeing my ex after only being broke up for two weeks without shedding a single tear. Even though I was trying to shake out the cobwebs the new meds my new pdoc put me on, I held it together until he was gone.

I put a HUGE gold star on my calendar for today (well, yesterday, looking at the time)

Jenn

P.S. I called an old HS friend today and she still loves me, even though we haven't spoken in over two years...to think, we used to throw Play-Doh at each other in pre-school.....

I made a crockpot of pretty good soup/stew for myself. Some of the ingredients organic, but not all. This is a big improvement for me.

Wow ..what a great idea this was...kudos to all and good luck on continuing to having these great lil accomplishments to feeling better positive accomplishments

I had a really good conversation with my b/f last night on the phone. We have a hard time communicating and so that was really good.

So this morning I cleaned my bathroom and did laundry...Yah!

I need to go to a B'day dinner w/my family and I think it'll be okay...Yah to that to.

Also, I sent a card to a g/f and to my b/f thanking him for having the conversation and telling him what I needed.

So some big improvements for me.

Thanks CCL and everyone....Good Luck to all!

<font color="green">Awesome CCL!!!!!!

That is one of the best posts I've ever read. You made my day. positive accomplishments

I make lists and try to get as many of my goals done as possible. I haven't looked at it as a very positve thing lately, now I will.

Happy Birthday!
