so if a moderator would kindly move it to the right place I would be indebted for life.
I'm feeling like the proverbial fool right now, I'm hovering between anger and feeling lower than snail slime, but that's okay cuz I'm going to build a protective (boundries) wall so I won't feel this way for long, and only a select few will have the password to come and visit me, tired of walking on egg shells. I'm tired of ppl taking advantage of those of us on this site and when we try to pick there spirits up, we get slamed when we need there support

Hi Angie -- So glad that you are feeling better. It is strange, isn't it, how these low moods can overtake us, sudden clouds that seem to come from nowhere. My Ts tell me that there are always triggers, altho they may be small things that we may not notice -- perhaps even a memory of the smell of coffee of a time -- below the surface of memory -- when there was a smell of coffee in the air when someone was emotionally or physically abusive or some trauma happened. And we have buried the memory so deep it is hard to access it -- and we may not have the association every time we smell coffee.
I'm glad your friendships here have helped you to come out of it a bit. __________________
