Trying out 5-HTP. Has anybody noticed changes in body temperature while using 5-HTP? Is that normal? I'm feeling warmer than I normally would.

Serotonin does regulate body temperature so it is certainly possible. Fetzima is causing me to feel much warmer than normal sometimes. Like around dinner time for about a half hour and then goes away. If you are going supplements check out L Methylfolate (Deplin) http://forums.psychcentral.com/psych...t-booster.html

Yes, I quit the Wellbutrin after the allergic reaction. The rash and itching went away right away. I will take a look at Methylfolate. Thanks!

Also noticed with 5-HTP I feel dehydrated. I already drink 66oz of water every day. First day on 5-HTP I drank 96oz.

I have also been getting dehydrated on the Fetzima. I felt great this morning but now I am slowly getting wired and my voice is all scratchy and dried up.

Anyone try sarcosine - and if so, did they notice any withdrawal symptoms if stopping with it temporarily?

These aren't supplements but they are natural aids to positive mental health and well being. Lavender and Peppermint essential oils are but a few that help give me relief. While I obviously have a preferred source look for them at the same healthfood stores you find supplements at.
