I think I binged last night... It felt strange cause I think its one of the few times I actually truly realized what I was doing. I ate so much I woke up feeling hungover. I hate being like this... My family and I are going on a diet soon but I can't do the atkins cause it requires a lot of Protein and my stomach is picky with meat. The other option is another diet or Weight Watchers . What should I do? How can I keep myself in check before I binge?

weight watchers is supposed to be a healthy diet and with the point system you can eat what you want as long as you stay within the points. we eat when we are feeling emotional I think so if we can find a way to meet those emotional needs another way we can keep from bingeing. try distacting with pleasant activities. take care.

It's really easy to follow. I find that being held accountable for what I eat helpful.
