all i've done, litirally

from the time I got up (about 3 A.M, to now)

yesterday what ended up letting me down was eating 5 bags of candy back to back.

sort of impressed with myself though for being able to eat my dinner and not just abandoning it to go for the junk

I have eaten icecream, chocolate, pizza, frozen fruit,yoghurt and crossaints yesterday and today. I am really starting to worry about summer 2017 as I really need to loose some weight but have a very hard time staying away from food, specially in the winter

my sausages for breakfast, a couple of bags of smarties (only 2), and my dinner.

not checked in for a couple of days, but I don't think it will come as a surprise to say that because it's almost christmas, and all the christmas food is out, that's what i'm eating

smarties, potato chips and love hearts mostly

I also got back in to eating the christmas chocolate, (another 2 KG tin)

been struggling with regular meals because the other stuff's been making me full

have been trying to eat them though

yesterday I ate a pretty decent sized roast dinner which I was proud of (beforehand i'd only eaten a few chocolate bars, so was still quite hungry)

about all I ate, so actually quite good

going to cook a pizza in sted of ordering dominos (which is someway better, I guess)

trying to sort out the christmas eve feast for tomorrow (tradition), and realise to my horror- no mini pizzas!, which is part of the whole thing.

I need to maybe find some big pizzas and cut them up... oh crisis crisis. I hate it

I binged a lot during christmas too

christmas eve I had sausages, a couple of peperoni pizzas, some chicken nuggets, some garlic bread, some chicken on sticks, some chocolate, few packets of love hearts, bacon flavour potato chips, my advent calendar and some cookies

yesterday I had chocolate, potato chips, a christmas turkey, a big tub of wine gums and some jelly babies

none of it's good. it's just stuff I don't need but eat anyway

apetite's not been as heavy the last few days- or as much as it was over christmas

I'm still eating my fair share of junk though- more junk, less proper food

it's new year's eve today and i'm going to have another picky tea (with crisps and sausage rolls and stuff), just like I had over christmas, and tomorrow I am having a christmas dinner (only i'm out of turkey so having pork)

yesterday I had a bit of a picky dinner for new year.

I had 2 plates- 1 with savery stuff, and 1 with sweet

(among the things I had 4 shortbread biscuits)

I'm sort of glad that I didn't eat anything else during the day, that was a lot to deal with (but still managed to eat it)

I'm starting slimming world in the new year, am very nervous as it's a group of people I don't know.
I'm going to ring the group leader tomorrow to check the address. First group will be this Thursday.
Today I ate too much diary again as well as nuts ugh

Today is day 1 that I'm attempting to get my binge eating and unhealthy habits under control. So far so good. I had oatmeal for breakfast, and just one serving. I have a prepared salad and carrots for lunch...the hard part is going to be when I go home tonight.

I'm going slimming world this Thursday. I called the lady and she seemed nice and it's likely I won't be the only new starter so I'm a little less nervous now Daily check-in thread
Still eating way too big portions it's like I'm being deprived if I don't eat until I'm stuffed! And I'm fighting the urge to have biscuits even though I'm still full. I keep saying to myself I'm starting slimming world soon so I'd better eat everything in the house! Daily check-in thread

Okay, I made it through work okay. It turned out the salad and fruit I had brought for lunch were bad. BUt i had a Lean Cuisine in the freezer so I still managed okay. On the way home I have a terrible urge to go through fast food drive through and get so much food and binge. I'm meeting myself in the middle. Cooking myself a few strips of bacon and baking some chicken. I'm trying to not be too hard on myself. It's the first day back after a very bad holiday break, and I'm not feeling mentally stable. So at least I made a compromise that won't cost me 2000 calories.

It's still a victory to me.

I don't think i'll be eating too much for a few days.

ate raw food last night (and really payed the price for it)

still feeling a little sick and it's now the next day.

should probably go for something small to eat.. just to say i've had something, but I don't know what

I might resort to chicken soup. sort of worked in the past..

Being doing good on slimming world but having strong cravings for chocolate, sugary things and lots of it! A simple tiny packet of milk chocolate buttons is 4 syns and I am only having 10 syns a day! Sure there is plently of free food so I don't get hungry but I miss the sweet stuff, fruit doesn't quite cut it.
Am tearful today and having a huge urge to eat a whole easter egg I found hidden from last easter that I think might be one we got as a 3 for 2 offer but in the end didn't give it to anyone. I wanna eat it all and purge...I hate these urges but I'm feeling like I wanna be self destructive
