Yesterday started well, then ended up having 5 ice cream bars. This morning had nachos and an apple. Thinking about chucking willpower and just stuffing myself. :/

going through a chocolate phase now.
every bar of chocolate i can get my hands on.... gone. just like that i'm honestly like charlie looking for the golden ticket (of course their's no ticket, but that's how it feels) |

i also had 2 garlic kievs yesterday.
shoved them in to my mouth hole. don't know how i manage that without actually getting my mouth stuck... but okay. it works |

I'm trying to lose weight but I so want to binge. It just feels like losing weight isn't worth it sometimes. Food is one of the few things that makes me happy.

hi all. I am trying to handle this compulsive eating thing. Its so hard. Really painful. I was in the groove of dieting. But that slowly has gone out the window over the past couple of years. No more groove. Two days in a row I managed to keep calories to a dull roar. Enough to lose some of what I put on since January. Sad I have to give up my best friends ( certain foods) to feel better about my body. But it is the way it is. Thanks for reading. I hope you all have a good day. And I hope I can stay on my diet today

my food today has consisted of sausages, 3 biscuits, and then later more sausages
think it's pretty good... okay maybe 3 biscuits is a bit much in 1 sitting, but it's not overdoing it to the extent i usually do |

No really bad overeating for 2 days. Heavier eating then I need to because I haven't done much physically the last 2 days (rain). But not repeated eating. Yesterday for the first time in ... I don't remember when, my stomach growled! I think I haven't heard it growl in a year. My meds (Miralax for slow BM) are working and not keeping my intestines full for days. I think this will help the overall system to take in nutrients quicker, and will expel faster and not absorb everything slowly over days.
Sorry if that was TMI. :P But my 'plumbing' really has effected my digestion speed, intake of nutrients, absorption of fats, overall feeling of illness versus health and weight. Those things effect how I view myself, and in turn effects my over eating. I used to feel ill so often because instead of expelling waste, my body would absorb the toxins over days. |

Still have issues with this over-eating... I'll plan for balanced meals during the day. This evening I plan to eat only veg and fruit snacks, no junk. I'll try no junk food every other day to start.

Bad day, severe panic attacks. Can't eat or drink anything, feel sick and scared for no reason. Severely want food to comfort me right now. Desperate for relief from unreasonable emotions. These days are expected after last weeks mania and aggressive confidence. Taking it minute by minute right now.
