Am tearful today and having a huge urge to eat a whole easter egg I found hidden from last easter that I think might be one we got as a 3 for 2 offer but in the end didn't give it to anyone. I wanna eat it all and purge...I hate these urges but I'm feeling like I wanna be self destructive

hey verity..
you don't want to eat the whole easter egg.

from what I read above you're really trying with this, and eating the egg wouldn't be very healthy (I know the urges are hard to deal with when they happen,), is their something else you can distract yourself with or something else that you can eat that is small and is good for what you are doing?

perhaps you can give the egg to a friend, then it won't be their for you to want

(((((hugs))))
Thanks for this!

I have a craving too, for Bourbon biscuits

unfortunately, I can't buy them from the amazon pantry (which is what i've been using a lot lately being a prime member), and I don't have any

never mind. I'll stick to frazzels and smarties

I binged on wine and chocolates today all because I was angry and upset. Feel sick now. I binge when I get into the mindset of 'I don't give a ****'.

I did eat some fruit today.

for breakfast I decided to have some oranges in sted of my usual sausages

directly afterwards, I ate a packet of potato chips (bad move after such a good breakfast)

not eaten anything since but i'm having dinner soon

actually not that hungry- I am, but not desperate

I just went online and ordered some candy (I know i'm not meant to until wednesday, but needed some to see me through)

You sound like you are doing well! I was given a box of roses chocolates for my birthday and I keep dipping into them Daily check-in thread I really need to sort out this eating thing, I seem to have little control. I'm thinking of trying to log my food on my fitness pal, I don't wanna become obsessed with calories but I need to be held accountable!

I've never cared much for calories

the way I see it (and it isn't a healthy way), is, who cares about how many calories you have- or how well you look after yourself, because after all is done, you're still going to die

I know, not a good way of looking at it, but I seriously don't care

don't worry about that verity.

when it comes to pizza, I always order a large one on tuesday- and their is at least 11/ 12 slices (and I eat it all with garlic bread!)

yesterday I made myself sick (I didn't throw up,), but I did eat a little too much chocolate and found myself gagging on it

I did a stupid thing and and didn't cut the chocolate in to bite size peaces, rather scoffing it all whole

I had some potato chips too and some candy

I bought a skirt a couple of sizes too big, really been feeling like binging lately

And all the wine I've been drinking has made me put on too much weight

I bought jeans a size bigger and it does knock my confidence. I know I shouldn't but I keep looking at the skinny girls on tv thinking why can't I just have more control over my appetite without resorting to ed behaviours.
But then again maybe those girls do have ed behaviours?

I regret eating that pizza yesterday.

A, it was absolutely disgusting and left a bad taste in my mouth

B, because of that, it made me eat mor junk

C, it made me even more sick because I ate so much rubbish

please remind me if i ever have a pizza again to stick to the meat feast..

eating way too much.
ordered new groceries in wednesday (most of it being chocolate and stuff), it's now saturday- and it's almost all gone

had big portions of my meals too

yesterday I had 4 giant naan breads (I didn't cut them up, just in whole) and some chicken with bread crumbs on it

actually today's the first day where i've not felt I need to eat so much

couldn't even get through my breakfast actually

trying to make better food choices. rice cakes instead of crisps, a small milky bar rather than bigger chocolate bar. I can't give up certain foods but I can make less calorific choices I guess. Its a start....

yesterday I ate half my harrybo tub

(actually, to be fair to me, they were packets in the tub rather than individual sweets) and they were really small, so I guess I didn't do too badly

had a midnight feast (consisting of 5 bags of crisps, a toblerone, and a big thing of jelly babies)

today had my big pizza (like I do every tuesday)

and some chocolate too
