I'd like to imagine that if it happened again today, I would be able to tell my husband how I felt and ask if he could change. (Instead, he just spent a lot of time distressed and thinking it was a little weird that I would just start quietly crying sometimes. He had no idea what the problem was and I was too embaressed to explain.)

Oh yeah, he knows, I have told him time and time again.
He will be okay for a short time and then right back to it

I pieced the back for the quilt I'm working on and I stitched together a new market bag.

Oh my goodness, that question is REALLY hard to answer. I was determined to find something small that's come out of today. ED's been stressing me out but..................................I took the cooker hob unit apart, washed and scrubbed it and used plenty of elbow grease!! xx

My blood pressure was a little high at the dentist last week so this week i buckled down and worked out 30 minutes x 5 days this week 150 minutes total on the treadmill. Fear was my motivation not sure where the energy came from.

I would rather take a shower than a bath because I can get in and out in of a shower in about 3-5 minutes. I don't like to be in the water that long. I take a shower about ever 2-3 days depending on how oily my hair gets. Last month, I went almost a whole week without a shower and my husband got concerned that I might be depressed. I do, however, like to swim in a warm pool and soak in a hot Jacuzzi but not because I have to, maybe that's the difference.

OK right, I moved the very heavy terricota plant pots, with plant still in them, and put them into the glass~house/green~house. They have been residing under the living room window, having been out at the front of the house all summer. We've had a severe cold/snow/ frost weather warning, this is why I wanted them into the green~house. My Dad wanted to do this but he's been very unwell lately, he's 80 and just had three major surgeries over the last three months. I'm just glad I could help out here. The pots were VERY heavy I have to admit, but I kinda move them bit by bit and in the end it's job completed. I'm not afraid to admit defeat!!! If I have to get someone to help me, then so be it. XX

Oh, I can totally relate.
Once, I had gone almost two weeks without one.
BF finally pushed me in the shower clothes and all
