Went to my al-anon meeting and out to lunch with al-anon friends. After lunch, off to get the rx filled and some shopping

BF bought a bag of peanut butter - choc chip cookies

Cleaning?
I've heard of that before but I always thought that it was just a myth. Just like ironing and dusting. Today I had an apple for a morning snack, eve though someone had brought those little chocolate bars Yay me!!
