I am still struggling with events and things and yesterday I stopped at the store and got some supposedly dietary ice cream. It still wasn't good for me so today I threw it out. It really hurt my feelings though as I know I was going against my conscience and what was really good for me. I am lactose intolerant and struggle with food in many ways. I am trying to turn things around so this was a bad choice for me. Now I have to recover physically and emotionally. It is so hard to keep focused and not give in to what for me is a foolish whim. I hope it is a hard lesson learned and I can move on.

Please have a little forgiveness for yourself.

Occassionally we all make choices that are not necessarily the right ones.

It's called being human.

We are free to make choices.

We are not free to suffer the consequences of these choices though.

When I make choices that are not necessarily in my best interests, it is a reminder for me of the path and the goal that I am striving towards achieving and that if I slip up I must dust off the pieces, hold my head up high, and keep moving forward.

That's how winning is done.
Thanks for this!
