Hi all,
I have said before I have a massive weight problem cos of overeating and eating the wrong foods.I am also diabetic and was on insulin but still had very high blood sugar.

Well I have found the perfect answer, high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet.
I have managed to stop eating all the junk food with this program,I am feeling much lighter with more energy and I am not hungry at all.I know I will lose weight cos I tried it before, this time though I have a good reason not to fail.

My blood sugars are down from the reading of 23 to between 7.6 and 11.3.
I have stopped the insulin which was increasing my appetite and making me gain weight and crave the wrong foods.I now see the key to feeling satisfied when I eat is to eat the right foods.

I am so happy to be back in control of what I eat and my appetite and blood sugars. This is much more healthy!
