It is basically eliminating all flour and sugar from your diet. It is suppose to work wonders on both your weight and depression. I am contemplating doing it and just wanted to gets others feedback. Here is the website for more information: https://brightlineeating.com/

Thank you for posting that daisytrain! I will check out the link. I definitely feel better when I avoid wheat and sugar. Not that it's always easy and I've really blown it lately! I definitely need to get back on track. There's also a really good book called 'Wheat Belly' by William Davis that goes into a lot of detail about how wheat affects our system if you are interested. I wish you luck with Brite Line!
