I was wondering if anyone else here struggles to eat healthily because of a gag reflex?

how do you manage it?

I find it more and more difficult.. I can't eat veg, I can't eat fish, I can't eat salad, and it leaves me wondering.. well what healthy stuff can I eat without gagging?

it's horrible- not the fact I can't eat healthy (though it would be nice too), but having such a strong gag reflex. really limits what I can eat

What do you eat then?

This sounds more like an emotional issue than a physical issue, but there again, I've never heard of it.
