Any books that have helped you deal with your binge eating?

I have a book called "The Binge Eating and Compulsive Overeating Workbook"
That has been very informative.

Also, I read a book about bingeing and purging called "Bulimia: A Guide to Recovery" (my problem is a mix between binge eating disorder and bulimia)

I ordered a book recently which arrived today. It's called "Never Binge Again(tm): Reprogram Yourself to Think Like a Permanently Thin Person. Stop Overeating and Binge Eating and Stick to the Food Plan of Your Choice!" It has a lot of really good reviews so I'm looking forward to reading that and hopefully something in it helps me.

I have the first one you mentioned. I haven't read it for a while but I seem to get to a certain point and then stop. I'm starting to realise now where my problems are stemming from and understand why my weight loss efforts have always failed, because I couldn't allow myself to carry on. I hope you find them useful.
