still obsessed with french fries

at the moment, it seems like I can't eat anything else for dinner, even if I wanted to (which actually, I don't)

eating a huge tub of jellybeans in between, and since my last post here, i've eaten 2 giant packets of potato chips in 1 go

I feel really embarrassed today.

turns out, i'd run out of bacon (and sausages), so for breakfast, I had to eat turkey dinosaurs (which I have for dinner, not breakfast)

I feel so embarrassed eating dinner stuff for breakfast, but what could I do?

(I need more bacon!)

was going to have fish fingers for tea this afternoon.

but just 1 fish finger left in the box

so I need to think of something else

*wonders why I just didn't eat that single fish finger last time I had fish fingers*

Oh my hubby and step daughter away camping this weekend. I hate camping so a chance to have some time to myself.

What do I do?

Pizza and chips yesterday
left over chips and Chinese today

I really really must calm it down tomorrow. My belly is half real baby, half food baby!!

really confused about the way I feel about food at the moment

I mean, I always make a point to say- food's just food, I can do without it, and if I could, survive another way (it seems to be my phrase at the moment)

then, after i've said it, just go and eat what ever I can get my hands on

so I don't know

(and i'm not entirely sure curly fries 4 nights in a row is a good thing either. oh well)

Well last night I had more food at once than ever. I woke up at 3:30 AM with what I call a food hangover, its like my stomach was having trouble holding it all. Worst part is I feel I will have trouble stopping myself from eating that much in the future.

I have gained 8 pounds in under 2 weeks. The opposite of what I wanted for my yearly Doctor visit next week - and possibly because of it. Going to try yet again something else - 5 Intermittent Fasting Methods: Which One Is Best for You?. Thank you What the Hell, for that video. I wish we could all live together in a big house, and have a food police dole out what we could and couldn't eat. Of course, then we would (well at least I would) be sneaking out, and hiding food in my room. Eating, Eating, Eating - it is like a machine driven constancy. :/

This intermittent fasting (eat within an 8 hour period and fast the other 16 per day) is on my 3rd day.

I can't commit to anything really - too many issues. But so far: Day 1, easier because it was new and I watched intermittent fasting vids and info all day for inspiration.

Day 2, ate things I shouldn't during the 8 hours, but did stay within the 8 hour section. Learned a new thing - when we say no 100 times, and yes once - we DID have great willpower for that 100 times.

Today is Day 3. So far, I haven't eaten, and am actually hungry. My stomach growled once yesterday, but today I actually FEEl hunger in my stomach, rather then in my head. I had gotten to the point of never feeling hungry - ever.

Today is a bit tough because my Borderline Personality Disorder symptoms are high. :/ Otherwise, I actually like myself this particular second for feeling hungry!

6/28/17

Still on track with the intermittent fasting.

Today was the worse binge I have been on since I started this 5 days ago. I have had almost no problem no eating for 16-18 hours in a row, because mornings usually have the most will power, so I eat between 1-9 or 2-8. Today I am actually glad it has hit 8pm, because the eating got worse and worse - but now, at my 'cut off' time, I can stop. And basically, take a break from dealing with my over eating until tomorrow at 2 when I will allow myself again to start eating.

I think if anyone wants to try this, but are scared about the hours - maybe a guideline of not eating for 10 hours a day (sleep plus a couple hours) might be a good start.

Because I have actually not made this about what food, or quantity, but only about hours of when I can eat - it is working.

Best of luck to us all!!!!!

Great job Anrea! I overate yesterday but not as much as usual. Also wanted to get French fries and lemonade at Wendy's but only got lemonade so I'm proud of myself.

for most nights this week, I have been sick, due to the fact I've just eaten so much stuff.

today is saturday, and i'd say every day this week involved bacon for breakfast, candy and snacks mid morning/ mid afternoon, a meal involving fries, and then more candy

eating all day if you like. it's a lot
