Could my brother have schizophrenia. He doesn't have any friends and he kinda keeps to himself. He also talks about wanting to be out of this world. He cries when he thinks people are laughing at him even when they aren't laughing or doing anything. He also wears masks that he makes himself out of paper I think and when i get him to go out In public he carries the mask with him. Sometimes he stands there and pees on himself and then he sits down and eats candy and plays with his toys. And he says weird things like the paper floor hop in it. Hes not mean to animals in fact he says

That could be a lot of things. Maybe you could keep a journal of his behavior? And then present it to a medical professional. Plus, he needs someone to advocate for him. I say this because you want to be certain that he gets the right care.
Pay attention and speak up if something isn't right. You've made a good first step by coming here.

weird question:
Why do you specify that he is not mean to animals? I am glad he isn't, but I'm not sure what it has to do with what you are describing.
