Has anybody heard of this before? According to what I've researched so far:
TAS (Toxic Anger Syndrome) is defined by a level of anger that is experienced by otherwise normal people much too frequently, is too intense, and lasts too long. It invariably demands some form of physical expression, is seen principally in highly defensive individuals, begins to manifest itself early in life, and involves a type of anger that is often spontaneous, unreasonable and uncontrollable. Gentry focuses on the mind/body relationship to alleviate the destructive effects of anger, focusing on self-diagnostic tools and time-tested anger management techniques. Is this going to be a whole new diagnose with mental disorders? I can somewhat relate to this and I cannot seem to get rid of my anger issues. I can breath and try to relax but it doesn't work. I tried taking a hot bath... it goes away but it comes back. I admit that I'm a very angry person and I feel that it's only going to get worse as time goes on. I'm already yelling at people ![]() |
