One that was recommended to me " Lost in the Mirror" by R. Moskovitz. I haven't read it yet but was told it was very good. I did read "Stop Walking on Eggshells"- I thought it was very informative and helpful. Good for you wanting to find out more!

I didn't like I hate you don't leave me it was too clinical for me and too depressing.

A Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) workbook put out by New Harbinger Press, "Depressed and Anxious," by Dr. (Thomas?) Marra.

-This is the kind of therapy that has had good results with BPD, the workbook is for those with BPD, Depression, Bi-polar, and/or Anxiety. It's helpful to me.

Lost in th Mirror is great, it is written so that someone with broderline personality disorder read the way they think..with enticing tones and stories, with flavor and intruige. This book has helped me sooo much..especially they way describe being lost in spce with no way of knowing up or down or destination or even origin..very well written
