I was trying to take care of people more weaker than myself and always fall in love with those type, and the more they demand from me, the more I can not break the chain....
Lots of pain,
but it seems the way to make myself confirm of my value ?I think a perfect person need to sacrifice?

Yes, it is a form of co-dependency in the way of making sure you are needed before you love and then you love to much and probably to fast.
This is just one way that your own inner wounds are controlling you in the present.
