Any diagnosis at all is what I have.

It is not who I am.

It's part of me but not the whole of me.

And it's up to me what I disclose. Or not.

And diagnoses can change. And labels can change. Nothing is set in stone.

I deserve to treat my thoughts and feelings with respect. I deserve to respect my body and my self.

I am ok as I am. I am a living, breathing, valuable person (bear). It is ok to be as I am. But I can change. And so..............................................
