When I talk to people, I can't express myself good enough as I would when talking to myself in my mind. Conversation usually starts good but goes downhill once there's contradiction in discussion about something, or there's statement that I need to prove wrong, or other person does not understand what I mean and I hesitate to correct him but the biggest cause is when I mishear / don't understand what other person tells me and ask him to repeat but then if same happens again I feel huge tension inside to ask again because I think person will get angry at me or think I am fooling around.

This has been going since my first communications with people and it's when I noticed this lack in myself. I guess that is what made me introvert and isolated from people. There are some people that instill fear just by looking on them or hearing them on phone based on their tone. If person had bad day or in a bad mood, he usually will communicate this thrugh speech. Once anxiety or fear happens I lose the gift of speech, fail to communicate myself properly confusing "conclusion with introduction" and mix up words. I am not myself when I am alone, my thinking ability is supressed and I act like stranger from other planet, meaning I just have weird behaviour with worry on my face.

This does not always happen but when it does, I left thinking and worrying about it half day or until I slept well because communication is very important in this life, career etc.

I was even joking once asking if there's some kind of medicine that you can inject into yourself to temporarily cure this condition when you really need to perform like a sharp mind being immune to that anxiety, fear and worry...

I don't know if this is correct sub-forum for this topic so you are free to move it to the most releant forum. Thanks for your attention.

Hi realizer. What you describe could be an over-sensitivity to others feelings and your own discomfort or an excessive amount of chatter in the mind.
Have you ever considered getting your condition checked by a psychologist that might be able to diagnose an underlying condition that may make your discomfort exaggerated.
If you want to explore this on your own, there are some surveys that show tendencies that may help show you possible underlying conditions.
Here is one but there are others
Psych Central - Anxiety Screening Quiz
If not a doctor or psychiatrist might be of assistance to help with medication to reduce the level of anxiety and make conversing more comfortable.

Thanks and score was 13, although I feel it should have been higher because compared to most people, what I experience increased level of anxiety, at least between mild to moderate.

I don't know how high 13 is in comparison to the norm. There are quizzes for other conditions that could be responsible for your anxiety or psychologists or doctors can try to make a diagnosis if you find this condition debilitating.
In a different light, I might suggest something like Toastmasters where you get up an give a speech and listen to other people give speeches. It teaches listening skills and also helps build confidence when speaking. It is also a more controlled social environment so perhaps less anxiety. This is a more practical take the bull by the horns approach and see if you can wrestle it to the ground. Toastmasters has meetings in many cities throughout the US. Google should tell you how close.

It was in the mild range, below moderate according to the test.

If you like the idea they have meetings all over the world
Find a Club - Toastmasters International

They had 3 in Zambia. Select your country from the drop down menu and see how many in your country.

Let me know if you find anything interesting

Hello. I understand that these meetings do not have psychological basis because they are intended for improving individual's communication and speech?

I was assuming you referred to groups that have meetings on psychological basis intended to helping people overcome their mental barriers in lack of communication, anti-social disorder and social anxiety. But this seems like something career related intended for developing speech skills instead of providing psychological aid to people with symptoms.

Realizer, yes I understand your point. You could pick out a symptom like anxiety that defines what you need help with and then see that forum.
