Sorry if I am stepping on toes and making people unhappy. I just post questions and read stuff on these forums. If I have offended anyone I am sorry.

This isn't the first time I've seen you post an apology like this one.

Why did you feel the need to post this?
Thanks for this!

Atypical put it very well IMO. This is an online forum. It has guidelines but people are different and if anyone is offended here I think it's up to them to take care of themselves.

If someone is offended they can say they are offended and the other party can either see their point or ignore it (and the first person may like to tell people things like that, inducing guilt-trips, etc., so ignoring some times is the thing to do). They can ignore the offending comment or put the "offending" poster on ignore, or they can report the post to the moderators to decide what to do. That has certainly been the thing to do sometimes in the past in this forum -- there have been some horrible things said to some people in this forum but I don't remember you being one.

I for one welcome your posts on any thread. I read stuff and reply, as well. Sometimes it strikes the other person the wrong way or steps on their toes, too, and I for one like the other person to tell me when that happens, and why. In person that's kind of hard -- it frequently comes with a "you bad person" kind of tone. But here online -- I can definitely screen that out and maybe learn from what the other person has to say. Or not, but what I think about what they have to say is my business and I appreciate people sharing what they have to say.
Thanks for this!

I just wanted to apologize because I have been "ignored."

So... I couldn't apologize to that person, and I wanted to say that I was sorry if I inadvertently upset them. I just join interesting conversations and then i feel badly for being so forthright.

Oh how when I venture off and see the same old same old it really amazes me. Hey Valentina I think you and I had differences a while ago and as much as I may have been annoyed I didn't block or report you. Never should you feel that you need to apologize for speaking your mind, it is what it is. If someone doesn't like it then that's too bad. If it helps I like you more than I once did, time really heals I guess H AHA HA HA. I have been put on notice by moderators in the past. I have also been ignored by people here and that sometimes bothered me. At the end we're here for ourselves and at times to help others. What more is expected? Stay strong my friend!!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
