~ Reach out to people even when I don't want to.
~ Remain aware of my choices - food, drink, sleep (timing, drugs etc, what influences better sleep) exercise, (what?) relationships, work, play. Work on more balance, harmony and healthy choices. ~Use "halt" whenever necessary. If I slip up, journal about it, or post.

For my "exercise" I'm just trying to get more active, period! I spend too much time in this chair in front of the computer (well, technically with the computer sitting on my lap). I have a lot of "organization" chores I want to do with my house so I'm trying to do some of those and work on doing laundry, shopping, cleaning and just "moving" more.
Today I am going to work some on cleaning out my RV to get it ready for next year's trips. I've never cleaned it out/organized it so there are 42 rolls of paper towels and no plastic forks, etc. The sheets have been on the bed so long that they're worse than I am at my worst after a day of camping when I'm all hot and sweaty :-) You know you need to wash sheets when they're in worse shape than you are at your worst. I bought some huge Ziploc storage bags http://www.amazon.com/Ziploc-Pack-Heavy-Duty-65644 (and the even larger size) yesterday so I can organize the bedding and towels and kitchen stuff, etc. No opening cabinets and having everything fall on one's head, LOL.

Those are very good goals, Fuzzy. Did you do this of your own accord or are you in a group doing this with others/or with a T.?

Thanks VoNPD! Part of the idea, particularly the "halt" came from a group I belong to, and where I need to spend more time too!
