I have been through three extreme mood changes in the last twelve hours.

I think I am going to have to call the pdoc even sooner... things are getting bad again.. and I cant have that right now at all..

Hi Rainbowzz! It's nice to see everyone has a sense of humor. It helps. I have been through this so many times. Inconvenient isn't it. Those rollercoaster rides bring me all over the place to the point that it tires me emotionally.

I was talking to a councilor one day and she noted that I had three changes in the half hour of talking to her ! Now I am on meds I am far more stable thank goodness.

Yeah, and not only all the above, but the next mood change makes the previous one look so silly, when it really, really felt valid in its time!! Rapid Mood Changes with BPD

It is good to know i am not the only one that has 20(or more lol) different moods a day. It is so exhausting. No one understands why i am always so mentally drained. I am glad you guys do. Rapid Mood Changes with BPD Rapid Mood Changes with BPD
