One of my triggers is if I tell someone something hard and triggering for me, and for them then to disappear (real or imagined)
At least I dont freak out so much now though, externally. Internally I feel absolutely ... rough. Now I need to self soothe... SIGH

. It sounds like you are making progress on it though! I have already told you so many times today how thrilled I am that you are opening up
