One day at a time.
And if I want to self-harm I promise myself I'll do it tomorrow.
Far from ideal but I have ppl depending on me so I can't just go.

It sucks when it seems nothing works. I'm kind of in that mode now. Or coming out of it, perhaps.

For the past week, everything's been a big struggle for me. I keep reminding myself to "just deal" and that things HAVE to get better. I've had to force myself to do every little thing...and it seems it's gradually getting better.

I've forced myself to do what i really enjoy and it seems to be helping a bit...

I wish I could give you some "real" advice...but I don't have any at the moment.
