Was diagnosed with PTSD when I was 16. Have been dealing with it in a lot of different ways-some healthy and some not. I also have other psychiatric diagnoses: bipolar, borderline, OCD, anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social phobia, and the list goes on and on. I don't know what to believe anymore. I have come to this site looking for advice, support and friendship both to give and receive.

Hello Hope,

I have a few of the same ones on your list. You're in the right place. Welcome -- you're not alone and you can find help and comfort here.

Be well,

mtd
