People have already started to fire off their fireworks. I can't stand to be sitting watching TV and they start going off. Have 2 more days to put up with this. I'm crawling out of my skin.

Thank you for reminding me monty! My dog is acting strangely... like there's a storm coming.. but for hours and hours.. of course this is what he's sensing .. hearing? Not me.. but will when they are closer-by. Thanks again, I was worrying about how to comfort him! (We went through Hurricane Andrew together and neither of us are the "same.")

Whew...we made it through...I have to admit I went to bed waaaaay early on the 4th.

People at work kept asking me did I have a good 4th and what I did. I didn't do anything but go to sleep early with my ear plugs in and the help of a sleeping pill. I tried to get on the computer and read the post and all. But even with my ear plugs in I could still hear the pops. And every time it would pop I would go jumping up out of my seat again. By the 4th I had put up with four days of it, cause the fouls around here started firing them off friday night. I'm just so glad the forth is over and I can settle my nerves back down.
