I know I just saw my T last night. After what I did last week, then giving in to hormonal cravings which were only dramatically intensified because of my habits, I started to feel "fat" from all the calories/fats/salt/etc that I ate from those wonderful hormones. I am still awaiting the monthly but things are starting to change over and with probably the stress of T knowing now about me taking pills of various sorts at times with the eating habits, I think that in addition to the weight thing is making for a little more stress. I want to take some things, but I don't know how to fight it. I don't know how to distract the thoughts because everything goes back to it. Plus those dreams I've been having almost every night is probably adding some stress, too. I didn't mention the dreams to my T. I just felt anxious talking to him because of the talk of me taking those pills and stuff. I haven't been able to think right when I am there lately. I really want to take more of those pills. What do you guys do when you have cravings to take pills (like lax, diuretic, etc)?

Inky try not to sabotage yourself, if your really worried about the stuff you've been eating instead of using crappy chemicals (that can harm you in the long run) use high fiber cereal or fruit to get rid of waste
You can do this I gots faith in ya girl and deep down you do too, ya just got to find it again angie

Hang in there (((inky)) self talk is very important,,, tell yourself good stuff though... you don't really need it RIGHT NOW... you can wait... then ask yourself to see if you can wait a little longer... try not to dwell on it, but find a task to do...
I'm too depressed to eat correctly. . . and I don't care... so rather than an outward act like you are fighting, I should be fighting the inward NON action... I know it sounds like I'm supporting your bad habit... but what if you could try and decide to limit yourself to ONE method... not pills and liquid and... and then, keep track as to how often you have the urge to take it... write it down... I don't think it will cause you to take more... it might show you how much or little you are taking (which is a good therapy point.) Seeing that you are taking alot (if you are) will help you realize the seriousness... again. And seeing that you are taking less (if you are) will help you see that you are doing better. What do you think?
