I stayed away for a bit and am still feeling very withdrawn but I figured the support here can help.
I keep feeling like I want to cry one minute and numb emotionally the next... feeling down..

I know this feeling so well Patricia. And I don't even know what to say to make you feel better.

My thoughts are with you all the same.

Keep safe, ok?
