I went to a relax/self help seminar today. It was awesome. We did one of those close your eyes and visualize meditations for 30 min. Usually I hate those because, unless I am really tired, when I close my eyes I have flashbacks. For the first time in years I was able to close my eyes more than 2 min. I know 5 minutes at a time doesn’t seem like a lot to most people but it was a major accomplishment for me.
