I have PTSD and I'm grumpy and cranky and I like the idea of the thread to share our grump grump grump dance.
I'm not always grumpy but I am now and I know all my feelings are okay. All our feelings are okay. For me personally, exploring some grumpiness and crankiness and anger and even irritability is healthy for me. Expression is healthy for me. I'm practicing outloud some good raaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrs! And grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I deserve good stuff, we all deserve good stuff. We have power and strength and we can roar! Grr.

Thanks  I know what I am grumpy/angry about. I was hurt very badly in the past. And I am still in a lot of pain about it now. I have been told that it is good for me to express how I feel. I find it helpful if others can stamp their feet with me, but not ON me! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Thanks I know what I am grumpy/angry about. I was hurt very badly in the past. And I am still in a lot of pain about it now. I have been told that it is good for me to express how I feel. I find it helpful if others can stamp their feet with me, but not ON me! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
