normally I know what my triggers are but I'm starting to feel withdrawn and I have no idea what is triggering it.

I figured out what triggered it and I'm better now.... can't do anything about the trigger right now but just by realising what it is makes me feel better. Thank you for your hugs, needed them Patricia ![]() |
