Petunia - I think you are a great person and I never assumed that you were guilty by association. When I read the threads I read each post in that thread as an expression of only the person who is making that post in that thread. You are yourself not sleeps. and I love your graphics abilities. Keep playing, posting and being yourself. you are a fantastic person.

Regardless of on line or real life groups members are going to befriend some and not others based on where they are at that point, common grounds of experiences and interests.

Sometimes in real life and on line taking the risk of letting yourself get close to someone means you get hurt. At one point I had a 7 year friendship and the next thing I knew my world was falling apart because she had taken her child off his medication and out of therapy and in doing so left the door open for her child to repeatedly try to kill my child. When asking her for help on taking care of the situation she said she would rather have her dancing, drugs and alcohol then to take time out to get her children and mine back on track. For a long time after that I felt like people associated me with her drinking, drugs and so on, until one day a mutual friend came by and flat out asked me what SHE had done to warrent my pulling away from her. I realized because of my thinking everyone was assuming I was just like that drinking drugging friend I was pulling away from others so that I would not get hurt again. I apologized and expleaned and she told me that NO ONE was associating me with that other friends drinking and drugging. everyone was keeping their distance from me because one they didn't know what to say because they didn't know what to say for that persons behavior floored them too, and they saw me pulling away so they thought I needed time to myself and thought I would call on them when I was ready....

Hang in there.
