Back to work tomorrow and I'm scared. Scared of the stress. Scared of the not having any time. Time to exercise this vacation break has helped me. I barely can keep up with work. That past 2 years since I started getting help I've needed to take a medical leave from work each year because I can't keep up the pace. I want to make it through this year and I know it is day by day and moment by moment but it still makes it hard to get going. I actually am pretty good at what I do but it takes so much energy and I don't know how I can do it.
Just a bit of moaning here. Not much to say to this post I realize.

Don't feel bad about complaining about work, it sounds like a struggle for you and I hope it gets easier. That's smart of you to use your time off to excersise..a lot of people would just sit around. Just wishing you well!
Thanks for this!

Today went better than I thought. No exercise today, no time so I worry. I need it for a release but maybe I need a day off too.
Long day tomorrow again and so heres hoping I can keep mindful moment by moment.
