My PTSD Sucks, Everyone out there with PTSD, the way I get through it, is To talk to My family About my Feelings, Talking with family makes me feel so much better, that I Sometimes Forget I have PTSD.

It is nice that you have family that listens and validates your feelings/struggles. If someone is struggling with PTSD, they need to be able to talk things out alot, if they get to do that they can make gains. Welcome to PC Cool girl.
