I can't even do the put on your game face/fake it until you make it thing. Too much going on all at once that is stressing me. Dealing at work with a "but for the grace of God there go I" situation, case which mirrors so much if what happened to me last year. And, it's here, the anniversary of the event that really sent me over the edge is tomorrow.
And it is all making me really tense. So, I can't really put a positive spin on it right now. About the best I can do is cope - listening to music and just did 8 flights of stairs twice, up and down. |

Thank you. It's going to take some tough workouts with a lot of Brad Paisley and Bon Jovi to get me through the next few days. My primary coping mechanisms -- exercise and music. Hard and loud, respectively.
