My dog
Books
My hearing- for many reasons, but mostly because hearing the birds sing early in the morning is a wonderful way to start the day. If not that, then the patter of falling rain.

that I took a sanity break from my parents and left the house for a couple of hours
coffee with a friend
to be able to plant new vegetables

Hi, I wanted to join in on this thread...

Today I am grateful for my T for challenging me to open up and do things (simple things) that I am so afraid to do (for example...posting on here)
I am grateful for my psychiatrist tell me that if I didn't fell safe, I could call him anytime and I wouldn't "be a bother" to him.
I am grateful for cream cheese cookies, enjoying one now---so yummy!!

that the birthday cake I made turned out yummy and my boy loved it
for family who made my boy feel loved on his special day
for quiet at the end of a busy day
for a most spectacular sunset this evening
