Today I am grateful for
being able to watch my boy build lego with his grandparents, and the fun they all had my groceries being paid for me, not by me having a family dinner that was pleasant and not too stressful Christmas pudding and custard.......a little late, but my favourite xmas desert, finally!!!! (It was my house so I got to decide! big step for me )

This is a wonderful thread.
 It makes one push aside the doom and gloom, and appreciate the good. Much needed. Thank you for the idea, Jane. I'm grateful for:(1) My dog. (2) This site. I've found it a day ago, and have found much needed support and advice. Thank you for that. (3) My passion for books. They're the perfect companions, and the perfect gateway to avoid reality. (4) The rain outside. A cool, beautiful rainy day. It's wonderful. (5) Coffee and chocolate. (6) There are people out there working hard to make a difference in this world, a good difference. They're volunteering time/ money/ both to help others, animals, and everything in between. I'm grateful to them. (7) Takkies! |

It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
