I am grateful that I have enough bread, pb, and marmalade to have 3 weeks worth of pbj sandwiches.

My water filter is working out really well.

I have wild flowers honey in the cupboard.

I have a bunch of frozen juice concentrate and I can mix a pitcher using my filtered water, and have a thirst quenching experience.

My phones are still working.

Great idea! Research shows that finding and expressing gratefulness actually changes the chemistry in your brain for the better so thank you JaneC fromy brain that can use all the help it can get!

My list:
My beautiful daughter, who despite all her physical and mental issues still manages to laugh sometimes

My family, who doesn't always understand but always supports me

The chance to try again tomorrow

Virtual hugs and encouragement from the people here at PC
