I have been having flashbacks with memories coming at me left and right. I can usually keep things hidden well and stay busy so there is no time to feel or think of any of it. Now..since meeting my new Doctor its so overwhelming. I need it out. Too much info for one mind lol

Have you ever done journaling or art or something where you can empty your mind of what it is seeing and then put it away? Literally shut the book and put it in the desk, or put the notebook away with your drawings? If drawing isn't your thing... a collage? Something that keeps your hands busy and grounded in 2014 while also honoring the memories and images you are seeing?
